As a successful HR specialist and certified coach, I bring with me a wide range of commercial professional experience as well as strong social skills. 

 

In the past, I worked successfully for international companies in Switzerland, Spain, North- and South America as well as in the areas of industry, human resources and management consulting, NGO’s, health organizations and banks. 

 

I have many years of work experience in HR, particularly in talent management, recruiting, personnel administration, -development and -support as well as in project management. Thanks to my multicultural experiences, I speak German, English and Spanish fluently.

 

As a Senior Management Consultant, I am responsible for executive coachings. Through my professional advice, I offer specialists and managers various frameworks and advantages in performance optimization and the development of new skills to overcome existing hurdles.
